All purchases from The Grand Slab are final. Because each Grand Slab can be personalized and our products are made to exacting standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or buyer's remorse.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We stand behind the quality of every slab. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the damage or defect as well as the shipping packaging. Once approved, we will ship a replacement of the same item. Damaged or defective claims are resolved by replacement only; we do not issue refunds.

 

How to Report a Problem

 

Email us at the address listed on our Contact page with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
