Politique d’expédition

The Grand Slab ships from Mascouche, Québec, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

 

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping destinations and rates:

Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD or more; a flat rate of $9.99 CAD applies to orders under $75. Express shipping is available for $20 CAD.

United States (Cross-border): Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; a flat rate of $9.99 applies to orders under $75. Express International shipping is available for $34.90. Any applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

 

Delivery times: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only. They begin once the order has shipped, not at the time the order is placed.

 

Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
